APX Sim Racing was founded on a simple idea: professional-quality racing simulation shouldn’t be locked inside a permanent facility. We bring the experience to you.

Based in Santa Clara and serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area, we operate a fleet of three full-motion racing simulators loaded with high-end simulator equipment. Each rig features professional-grade racing wheels from Simagic, DBox motion platforms, and haptic pedal reactors — the same technology used by professional esports teams and real-world race drivers for training.

Each rig features an ultrawide curved monitor for seamless, edge-to-edge immersion — no bezels, no gaps, just one continuous view of the track wrapping around your peripheral vision.

Whether we’re setting up at a corporate campus in Palo Alto, a birthday party in San Jose, or a car show in San Francisco, we bring the full experience: the hardware, the technicians, the setup, and the fun.

What types of events do you serve?+
We bring our simulators to corporate events, private parties, trade shows, team-building activities, birthday parties, weddings, product launches, car dealership activations, community festivals, and more. If you have an event and a power outlet, we can probably make it work.
How many simulators can I book?+
We currently have three simulators available. You can book one, two, or all three depending on your event size and budget.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute bookings may be available — reach out and we’ll do our best.
What’s the minimum booking time?+
Our minimum booking is 2 hours. Most events run 3–4 hours, which gives plenty of time for all guests to get multiple races in.
Do you offer multi-day or recurring booking discounts?+
Yes. Contact us for custom pricing on multi-day events, recurring team-building sessions, or long-term partnerships.
Setup & Space
How much space do I need?+
Each simulator requires approximately 55″ × 60″ of floor space. We also need a small area for our control station. For all three rigs, plan on roughly 15′ × 10′ of open space.
Can you set up indoors and outdoors?+
Yes. For outdoor events, our enclosed, air-conditioned trailer keeps the rigs protected and comfortable. For indoor events, we move the simulators to your space.
How long does setup take?+
If the simulators stay in our trailer: about 10 minutes. If we’re moving them indoors: 30–60 minutes depending on the space.
What do you need from me?+
Standard electrical power (a 110V outlet is sufficient) and the floor space. We bring everything else.
The Experience
Who can use the simulators? Are there any restrictions?+
Yes. Our rigs are fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of participants — seat position, pedal distance, and difficulty settings are all tuned to each driver. Suitability is based on height rather than age. Our staff guides everyone through a quick orientation before they start.
What games and tracks are available?+
We run popular titles including iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and others. We can select tracks and cars to match your event theme — real-world circuits, fantasy tracks, or specific car classes.
Can you customize the experience for our brand?+
Absolutely. Custom car liveries, branded in-game billboards, themed leaderboards, and tournament formats. Popular for corporate events and product launches.
Do participants need any experience?+
None at all. We provide a brief orientation before each session, and our staff is on-site to help at any time. Fun for complete beginners and experienced sim racers alike.

What hardware do you use?+
Simagic direct-drive wheelbases, DBox motion platforms, and ultrawide curved monitors for seamless immersion. This is professional-grade equipment used by real racing teams for driver training.
Do you have insurance?+
Yes, we are fully insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance if required by your venue or event planner.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Venmo.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
